Tomorrow is the day that we are going to visit them. My second family getting so anxious to meet my daughter for the very first time since birth. They’d been so patiently waiting for us to come to town, so we finally decided that we are going to visit them this week.

I am so excited to see them and my friends again. It’s been quite a long time since the last time I saw them. I so missed the old good days when I hang out with them. I just can’t wait to see everyone once again. I know they are so excited too, especially to see my baby. I will definitely going to be back soon. I’ll keep you all posted about our trip!

I went shopping to the mall about two weeks ago and bought a sketcher shape ups for me and a Nike for baby A. I’ve been wanting to have this shoes in such a long time, but I was not willing to pay full price when the first came out in the market, so I decided against it. So when I went to the shoe store I couldn’t believe it how cheap this shoes now. It was more than half of the original price, so I got to have it. Originally $109 and I only paid for it $49 bucks. It was such a deal so I was too happy to buy it. Luckily I have my size so it really made my day. The only thing that I didn’t really got a deal is my daughter shoes because it was only 20% off but it was no big deal. I bought it anyway. She needs a new shoes so I didn’t really mind paying it for $34. It’s very cute and it fit her really good so it was worth it. Both of our shoes was worth it. I so loved mine because it is very comfy and fit me perfectly!

It’s been so stressful for us lately hunting for houses. I know we could take things slowly, but we just wanted a home for our family so we are somewhat in a hurry to find a new place. We just want to move-in to a house before the summer will be over. So I felt like burnt out already from looking so many houses everyday.

Anyway, if our offer the other day will get accepted, that would be the happiest day of my life. First thing we are going to do is to bring all our furniture and arrange it of course. Secondly is to buy some furniture that we needed inside the house. And since the living room of that house that we made an offer is a bit small, I thought of buying one of those bean bags to put in the other corner of the living area. I really think that would be a great idea, that way it gives more space specially if we get the two small size ones. Also, it makes the living room so cozy. That is just an idea for now.

I still can’t believe it that I actually bought an enormous size purse for the first time of my life. I bought it when we were on vacation in Cebu more than a month ago with my children. All those years how I badly hated carrying a huge purse, and now I’m actually doing it. Having a baby it really changed my life completely. Since we travel a lot, I decided to have just one bag to carry with everything for the baby that she’ll need and few of my own stuff.

It really comes handy so I don’t regret it at all for buying this kind of purse even though it’s really big than my preferable size purses that I’m used to. I really think that I got my money’s worth in this purse because it really helped during my trip lasts month with my infant daughter. Carrying one bag it makes a lot easier and smoother especially going through the airport security.

Part of me is glad to be away from Texas especially now that the summer is fast approaching. I love Texas as I lived there half of my life, but during summer season I can’t handle the heat too well. So I don’t really miss the scorching hot temperature.

I can honestly say that every summer the Texas heat is really unbearable at times that I don’t want to go out at all if I have any choice. I’ve seen some people actually use outdoor misting fan to able to do things outdoor no matter how hot it gets. I was tempted to buy one for us, especially we love to spend time outdoors, but then I keep telling myself that it’s best to go outside before sundown.

So I opted the idea. Having an outdoor misting fan is the only way to survive when the temperature it gets too hot. So that might be the idea buying one if you live in the state where the hot temperature it gets really high during summer season.

My husband is the person I knew who owns so many different brands of Phillips and slotted screwdriver set and any different kinds of tools in the house or at work in his toolbox. Well, he is an aircraft mechanic so there is a reason why he’d collected them all. He’d buy few pieces here and there whenever he needs it. I could say that he got tons of them that it filled up one of his biggest toolbox at work, or even the one at home.

I could just imagine how much he had to spent from buying all those tools over the years, but it is part of the job so he has to have them no matter what it cost. He got all the best brands too. And I can honestly say that it is very handy actually when you have all the tools in the house too just in case you need it in some occasion around the house. When it comes to tools, I don’t really have much anything to say to that.

In our second day vacation 04-01-12, I took them to the Taoist Chinese Temple [a small version of Great wall of China]. The kids enjoyed it as the place was really amazing and it’s their first time ever saw a Chinese temple in their life. So we all had a good time wandering the entire place for few hours. The kids loved the ambiance of the place has to offer.

The Chinese architecture really fascinates them the most. Even though the scorching temperature was upon us, but it sure does worth it. I’m glad the kids enjoyed it. After the tour we headed to the mall had some refreshment and cooling off. It was really hot that day that we decided to stayed in the mall for several hours just chilling out. Like always, the children they were at the playing area while my sister and I went to window shopping.

As for dinner, I took them at TGIFriday’s because it was a well planned for my older daughter’s birthday. They wanted to have the American dinner so TGIFriday’s was the place that came my mind. The food was good, and the kids enjoyed it. They got their wished!!!

Music Lessons for My Children

A week before I left, I had a really good conversation with my other (3) children to behave while I’m gone for several months and that they should mind what their auntie says so they won’t get into trouble. When we were talking I also told them that they could register this summer for the music lessons they badly wanted. I gave them my word because I’d promise them that they could take music lessons as soon as the school ends.

My older daughter is going to continue the piano lesson that she started about a year ago and hopefully she will be able to finish this time. As for the two boys, they are going to take the bass guitar lesson this time because they want to learn something new aside from the flute music instrument that they already knew how to play it so well at the church or in school all the time. With that being said, the three of them need the new instrument of their own.

My children and I at the Ayala mall just chilling out after a tiring and exhausting day hauling with so many kids around. It’s our first day vacation in Cebu-03/31/12 . I just took the kids at the mall to wander around, ate, played, window shopping, ate and went back to the hotel to rest for the night. The day was kinda short after a long travel from the airport to the hotel and due to a heavy traffic so the time was running out to take them somewhere else. The mall was a perfect place to hang out since our hotel was only few minutes drive away.
